Order processing time is the period between when you place an order and when it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

Our warehouse operates Monday–Friday, during standard business hours, excluding holidays.
We take steps to minimize any holiday-related delays.

Taxes & Customs

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking numbers typically activate within 24 hours, but may take up to 120 hours to update — especially during holidays or major events.

If you are unable to track your order, email us at help@caseblvd.shop and we’ll resolve the issue within 48 hours.
Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before shipment by contacting us immediately after purchase. However, we cannot guarantee a response in time to cancel the order before it is processed and shipped.

If your payment has been completed but the parcel has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
